Send abstracts by June 30, 2024

All registered students must send their abstracts. You may follow this link as a guideline to prepare the abstract.

Get decisions by July 15, 2024

Best abstracts will be chosen for a 10 mins. oral presentations. All other students will present their ideas in form of posters or slides. Decisions will be communicated to students by

Preparatory webinar on July 20, 2024

All registered students will have the chance to participate in a webinar providing guidance on presenting their ideas to judges, along with the opportunity to have their questions answered.

Sci-Tech Nexus on August 04, 2024

All registered students must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the event’s start time to set up their posters and prepare for an enjoyable experience.

All registered students will get an opportunity to present their STEM based idea.

 

Pitch your project

Selected students will pitch their STEM projects in concise 10-minute oral presentations to investors and judges.

 

Win prizes

All students will have the opportunity to win awards and certificates, with all projects being evaluated by our panel of experts.

Learn from your peers

All students will have the opportunity to interact with and gain insights from incoming College High School students who are serving as keynote speakers. These speakers, having navigated similar academic paths, will share their experiences and expertise, offering guidance on applying for scholarships and empowering students to embark on their own passion projects.

 

Networking

All students will have the chance to network, learn, and collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including investors, mentors, and subject matter experts. These experts hail from esteemed institutions such as Johns Hopkins University, Harvard University, the NIH, the FDA, and other prestigious Ivy League institutions, offering students a rich knowledge and guidance.

Registration details

The registration fee includes admission for one participant and one accompanying adult. It is required for all registered students to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event begins to set up their posters and ensure a smooth experience. Additionally, we highly recommend attending the preparatory webinar (July 20, 2024) to fully prepare for Sci-Tech Nexus day.
